采用改进的同时水蒸汽蒸馏与萃取法从海南琼中绿橙皮中提取香精油,经气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析鉴定香精油的化学成分。结果表明,其相对含量较高的化合物主要有柠檬烯、芳樟醇、月桂烯、桧烯、顺-柠檬烯1,2-环氧化物、正辛醇、丙酸芳樟酯等。

The perfume essential oil in green orange peel from Qiongzhong of Hainan Province was extracted by ameliorated simultaneous water vapor distillation extraction method and its compounds were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrum (GC-MS). The components included mainly Linonene; 3, 7-Dimethyl-1, 6-octadien-3-olLinalool; β-Myrcene; Sabinene; (Z)-cis-Limonene1, 2-epoxide; n-OctanoL; linalyl propionate.
