对海南不同区域菠萝蜜种植园土壤微量元素有效态含量及叶片中微量元素含量进行分析，旨在探明土壤、叶片微量元素含量差异及其丰缺等级，为营养诊断、科学施肥提供理论依据。结果表明：菠萝蜜种植园土壤有效态锰、有效铁、有效锌、有效铜含量分别为44.90、36.77、3.96、0.94 mg/kg，其中，有效态铁、锌、锰含量极丰富，有效铜处于适中水平；不同区种植园土壤微量元素有效态含量差异显著，万宁-陵水区含量较高，海口-文昌、三亚-乐东区含量适中。叶片锰、铁、锌、铜含量均值分别为458.37、71.25 、23.89、2.69 mg/kg。海南菠萝蜜种植园叶片微量元素含量参考值适宜范围为全锌17.85～29.93 mg/kg、全铜1.67～3.72 mg/kg、全铁57.30～85.20 mg/kg、全锰323.33～593.41 mg/kg。
The contents of available trace elements in the soil and jackfruit leaves in jackfruit plantations in different climatic zones were determined and analyzed to find out the differences between trace elements in soil and leaves and the abundance of the trace elements for nutrient diagnosis and fertilizer recommendation. The results showed that the contents of available trace elements, Mn, Fe, Zn and Cu, in the soil were 44.90, 36.77, 3.96 and 0.94 mg/kg, respectively. The contents of Fe, Zn and Mn were extremely rich, while the content of Cu was at the moderate level in the soil. The contents of available trace elements were found significantly different in the soils of jackfruit plantations in different zones, higher in Wanning-Lingshui area, moderatein Haikou-Wenchang area/Sanya-Ledong area. The contents of total Mn, Fe, Zn and Cu in the leaves of jackfruit were 458.37, 71.25, 23.89 and 2.69 mg/kg. The Standard value ranges for leaf contents of total Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn for jackfruit plantations in Hainan are 17.93～29.85 mg/kg, 1.67～3.72 mg/kg, 57.3～85.20 mg/kg and 323.33～593.41 mg/kg, respectively.
